types of personal data we process

Personal data such as your name, phone number, email address and any other personal data you choose to share with us is only collected if you communicate this information to us yourself via the contact form, by email or by phone. None of this data is necessary simply to browse our website.

When you use the Skilled Helper website, Netlify, Inc., which hosts the site, may process technical information needed to deliver, operate and secure the website, such as your IP address, browser or device information and request data. If you use the contact form, the information you enter is submitted through Netlify Forms and may be processed and stored by Netlify as part of providing that service to Skilled Helper. The site also loads the Montserrat typeface from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font resources, Google may receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser information. Skilled Helper does not use Google Fonts as an analytics or advertising service. Google’s privacy information is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Skilled Helper processes your personal data to provide you with the information and services you request via the website, by email or by phone in a personalised and efficient way. Your email address may also occasionally be used by us to send you general information and news about Skilled Helper. We do not sell, make available or distribute your personal data to third parties except where this is necessary to provide the website or a service you have requested, or where we are required to do so by law.

financial transactions

Skilled Helper is owned by Neel Chrillesen, who is registered as a sole proprietorship in Luxembourg. Legally, we are required to keep financial records showing any payments the contracting party made to us for ten years. This information is kept separate from your other contact information and will not be used to contact you about anything unrelated to the relevant transaction or our legal obligations.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Subject to the conditions set out by applicable law, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request deletion or restriction of processing, to object to certain processing and, where applicable, to request data portability.

If processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of your personal information with Luxembourg’s supervisory authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD): cnpd.public.lu.
